Is Japanese language level necessary?

If you are applying for R&D, Japanese language is not necessary for application. We will provide you language education and you will be able to communicate in Japanese eventually. However, it is necessary for sales positions.

Our employees averagely uses almost 80% of their paid holidays. Therefore, I would say it is easy to take a day off whenever you want. Work-life balance is considered important in our company.
