| Internship Program | 「Even though I have only been here for less than one week, I feel like I have known the company and the people for a long time!」 This was often heard from feedback of past internship participants. Our programs are small and dense, offering many experiences in a short amount of period. The learning contents are customized to each individual. Please refer to the following example: ※Main Contents １）Company introduction and factory tour: introduction to bearing industry and product engineering process ２）Humanoid robot control: automation of production process, image processing, and programming ３）3D design: product design, equipment design, design certificate practice tests (3 levels: beginner/intermediate/advanced) ４）Product development: basic lecture on FEM & various performance evaluation tests ５）Production automation (IoT): factory automation using (from software to hardware) ６）Production automation (image processing): product inspection process automation ７）Case study: bearing trouble shooting ※Optional Contents １）Round-table discussion with employees ２）Career coaching session with HR manager ３）Business skill training: presentation, communication, exchange of name cards, etc. ※Programs are subjected to change according to equipment availability |

| Application Requirement | ・Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree program or higher from an accredited course of study ・A science or engineering major is required to apply for this internship ・Full-time commitment |
